All items will be inspected before exchanges are processed. If you are exchanging for a different size, please keep in mind that we are a small shop and the our inventory goes very quickly! It’s best to let us know right away to ensure we have more sizes in stock.

All refunds are processed to your original form of payment and takes approximately 3-5 business days depending upon your banking institution.
All SALE ITEMS & ACCESSORIES cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing error (please notify us within 3 days of receiving).
